  • Membership Criteria

    Age: Under 45 (male), under 49 (female)

    Title: President, CEO, Chairperson of the Board, Managing Director, Managing Partner, or Equivalent title.

    Employees: 50 FTEs or 15+ FTEs and $2.5MM in employee comp. Revenue / EV:

    • $15MM+ in sales, service, manufacturing industries or

    • $12MM+ for agency-type businesses or

    • $25MM+ enterprise value via a third party / financing
